Each Victorinox Travel Gear product endures as many as 30 rigorous tests, simulating the most extreme real-world scenarios and environmental conditions. Our testing regimen ensures the precision, strength and durability you expect from the Victorinox name. As a result, we unequivocally stand behind our products and guarantee every product we make to be free from manufacturing defects for the duration of the warranty period. In the unlikely event that your product displays a defect of a functional nature covered under warranty, we have a global network of authorised repair centers ready to provide you with service anywhere in the world.

FILING A WARRANTY CLAIM

In the event that your Victorinox Travel Gear product displays a defect of a functional nature covered under warranty, please follow the simple steps below to file a warranty claim.

Please note that our warranties do not cover cosmetic damage, damage resulting from abuse, abrasion, solvent and accidents. Products covered under warranty will be repaired and returned free of charge within the EU.

  1. Complete the online repair form and submit to Repair Service Boer.
  2. Send your product directly to Repair Service Boer or arrange a courier pickup at a cost of €15.00.

For products with a 1 + 10 warranty, covered by the Victorinox Total Protection Program (during first twelve months of ownership), the shipping costs to and from the repair center are covered. In this specific situation, please contact Repair Service Boer up front via the online repair form. Your store receipt is needed to demonstrate your warranty coverage.

Direct Mailing
If you would like to send your product directly to Repair Service Boer, our authorised repair center, please include the completed repair service form with your shipment and send it to the following address:

The repair center will work to return product within 10 working days from the date of receipt.

Courier Service
If you would like to have your product collected via courier from your location at a cost of €15.00 and delivered to Repair Service Boer, please complete and submit the online repair form. You will receive an email by return confirming the payment details. This payment needs to be made to Repair Service Boer directly.

It is at the owner’s responsibility to ensure the product is boxed or packaged sufficiently for transit. The courier may refuse to collect your product if it is not deemed to be secure.

Collections are made Monday to Friday between the hours of 09.00 - 17.00. Ideally a business address should be provided for the collection, and someone must be present when package is picked up.
