FILING A WARRANTY CLAIM Please note that our warranties do not cover cosmetic damage, damage resulting from abuse, abrasion, solvent and accidents. Products covered under warranty will be repaired and returned free of charge within the EU.
For products with a 1 + 10 warranty, covered by the Victorinox Total Protection Program (during first twelve months of ownership), the shipping costs to and from the repair center are covered. In this specific situation, please contact Repair Service Boer up front via the online repair form. Your store receipt is needed to demonstrate your warranty coverage. Direct Mailing Repair Service Boer The repair center will work to return product within 10 working days from the date of receipt. Courier Service It is at the owner’s responsibility to ensure the product is boxed or packaged sufficiently for transit. The courier may refuse to collect your product if it is not deemed to be secure. Collections are made Monday to Friday between the hours of 09.00 - 17.00.
